Founded by Kathryn in 2019, MiraGold offers training, advice and guidance to organisations and individuals from a range of industries and sizes. 

​

You can find out more under "What We Do", but essentially we deliver a combination of face-to-face, online, and on-demand training and/or facilitation on subjects such as Leadership, Management, Governance, Wellbeing, Change Management, Building a Strong Culture, People Development, Organisational Design, Crisis Control, Stakeholder Management, Delegation, Appraising Performance, and anything else to do with leading a business. 

 

We also offer bespoke consultancy projects around Reviewing Governance, Organisational Restructures, Cultural Change, Training and Development and many more. 

Everything in Collaboration - You don't work in isolation and neither do we. From our associate model, to co-developing the right approach for your needs, MiraGold does nothing about you without you.

I was delighted to work with Kathryn at MiraGold recently. We wanted to bring the Board together out with a regular meeting to explore governance, strategy and team building. Kathryn couldn’t have been a better facilitator of the day. She came to Edinburgh fully prepared, understanding the differences in charity law and regulator in Scotland, as well as having fully understood HIV Scotland’s new mission and vision. She helped to guide the Board and CEO through conversations about reviewing governance and strategic goals, and everyone came away from the session feeling re-energised

Kathryn has a great manner, tone and pace. She engaged the team and was able to adapt to our business well.
